Group yoga classes offer a unique opportunity to get to know ourselves better and try out new skills and practices that we can bring to our lives off the yoga mat. These sessions focus on building non-judgmental self-awareness, resilience, and equanimity in the face of challenges.
Being better together.
Certain growth experiences are unique to groups. I work with groups and organizations of all sizes, to support their desired evolution. Some past group sessions include: embodied mindfulness at a Women in Power retreat, diversity & inclusion workshops for non-profit organizations, leadership development sessions, and team effectiveness.
