I love supporting transformation.

Over the past twenty-plus years in the work world I have: counseled young people in residential treatment centers, taught college sociology courses, consulted for non-profits, led diversity, equity & inclusion initiatives, coached rowers, designed and facilitated group learning experiences, provided one-on-one and group therapy, enabled teams to become more effective, and taught yoga classes. Throughout all of these experiences, the times that I felt most engaged were the moments when I was part of an individual's or group's transformation.

Recent discoveries in neuroscience have opened new pathways for transformation - moving beyond a focus only on awareness and skills to also address the habits of thinking and behaving that have the power to truly transform individuals, groups, and organizations.
